We hold your credit card information as a guarantee for your service. Payment will be made at the end of the tour or transfer directly to your driver, in Euro cash. We remind you that we do not accept payment by Credit Cards at all.
Cancellation notice must be received by us at least 7 days prior to the tour date.
- If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
- If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the tour scheduled , there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
- If is not done in these terms, our company reserves the right to charge the “no show fee” on your credit card which is the total amount of requested services.
Please Note: We will NOT CHARGE payment to your credit card, but we will keep the information in our database reserving the right to charge your credit card for 50% or 100% of the amount of the service in the event of a “NO SHOW” or “LATE CANCELLATION”.
Note:
If the cruise ship do not dock due to any reason, it is not your fault and you will not be charged. However, the tour will be automatically re-scheduled once the ship is in the port (if you are still onboard). A fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled for any other reason less than 7 days prior to your service. Once you fill out our reservation form and insert your credit card information, you are legally bound to a contract with us.
Personal data collected will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Art. 11, No DL 30/6/2003 196 or so legally and correctly, in ways that do not exceed the purpose for the collection and relevance to them, keeping only for as long as necessary and not beyond, respecting the minimum standards of security under Article. 31, No DL 30/6/2003 196 and Annex B of the same Decree.
The above data will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, by signing this form, the company will give its consent to the processing of personal data for purposes commercial, administrative and advertising exclusively by Rosato Private Tour – Vittorio Rosato
