We will come and collect you from your accommodation here on the Sorrentine Peninsula. Upon arrival at the port of Sorrento, you will meet the crew who will accompany you throughout your day at sea. After just a few minutes sailing time you will reach your dive location. Based on the diving experience of your group and of course the weather conditions, you will be able to enjoy one of the following locations:
The marine park is undoubtably one of the easiest dive sites – but this makes it non the less breath taking & enjoyable. If you do not hold a diving license, then this is the one for you. You will be able to experience a wide display of flora and fauna in this area. Yellow Gorgoine, star fish, and barracuda who are at home in these calm waters.
The Santa Croce site is probably the most famous dive site in all of Italy – it leaves all who visit breathless. This seamount is in Vico Equense just a few miles from Sorrento, taking just minutes by boat. This tour is suitable for holders of diving permits only & unfortunately can only be accessed on certain days of the week. Initially visibility Is poor when you start your decent, but after just a little you will be thrilled by the displays of Paramuricea Clavata – Red Gorgonians, and this is just the first of many wonders. This area is thriving with a large variety of sea life and vegetation. You should also be able to spot some red coral which is extremely rare in the Mediterranean.
There is certainly something fascinating about diving in the waters of Capri, the island is not only stunning from above the water, but also below. This dive is quite difficult, therefore requires a certain level of experience and a diving permit. This is not for everyone! If however you are of at least an intermediate level you can really enjoy the dive along with our staff. One of the most fascinating aspects is a electricity pylon that many years fell over during a storm into the water. Now it is home to many gorgonians and sea sponges. These waters are also a playground for many types of fish including barracuda, white breams and at certain times of the year dolphins and small whales. Contact us for more information, and with our highly knowledgeable staff we can pick just the right dive for you!
